It might be easier and cheaper to get your bumper chromed than buy a new one.
I have never saw any for sell, but I bet they are $$$$

You'll just have to check around your area. But, it prolly won't be cheap

Do you take off every chrome piece during the winter? I can understand the rims(so do I) but everything else?

I take off my HOOD DECK, Rear Tail Lights, bought a spare eBay set(have H2 chome thingy double sided taped on it), I take off the rear bumper cover that says HUMMER on it, bought a spare one on eBay(have the Billet Chrome HUMMER Letters), the Chrome hood springs and the Billet Driving Light Bezels!!
Some of the stuff I leave on but I had to replace alot of this stuff after my 1st winter(2004/05) and don't want to do it again!!!
Our winters are ROUGH!!! They use a PURE SALT/Sand combo for the ice here that KILLS CHROME!!

Oh, winters arent that bad in New Jersey, just a bit of snow(thanks to global warming, we used to have harsh winters too) and its really cold
