I did some looking around when I was planning on buying mine and the cheapest I could find was a 2003 H2 with close to 100k miles on it going for 25k. There might be a fixer upper you can look at though.

25-30K US is about as cheap as you are going to get an H2 that is in any kind of shape at all.

Hello Friend, Aren't there any Hummer's in Austrailia? I thought vehicles are manufactured for other countries to use as well. When you say 10K - 15K, do you mean miles or kilometers or do you mean Austrailian dollars? Or US Dollars? In September 2007 I purchased my 2003 H2 with 83 thousand miles for 25 thousand US dollars.

Bummer. Didn't the newer GTO's get their bodies from the Austrailian version, I can't remember what it was called I think something like "Monaro" by Holden? I remember when I read that I was wondering why Chevy would make different models for different countries. I can understand if you are making a specific car for Japan that needs to be small but if it's a tank of a car just like the one's here. Why make a Monaro for Australia but have the Grand Prix for the US? Seems like a waste of money to me, unless it's just a name change.

Hello Friend, you can also try looking in craigslist.com for whatever location you are located in and in the "cars+trucks" catagory just type in the word HUMMER in the search engine and you'll get a whole listing of Hummers in whatever reigion you are located in. Keep us posted! Also would be interesting to know if you accomplish the right side steering modification.

Head to Phoenix, AZ. Lots of used H2s around. Desert climate, no rust, most are pavement princesses. Check out cars.com for Phoenix and you'll find a bunch around $25K USD. And those are the dealer prices so you should be able to bargain that down.
