Broken door handle...

Well, I'm in need of a little help.
 
Last night, the wife got out of the passenger side, shut the door, and I hear a clink on the ground.  The small rear part of the door handle has broken off and fell to the ground.  Now, the door won't open with either inside or outside handle. ???
 
How can I release the door to get inside to remove the hanlde and/or fix the cable? 

I'd say that's a good job for the dealer to take care of as a warranty repair.
