hey guy's and girls
trying to replace a bad bulb in the rear , how do you remove the housing , I removed the 2 screws in the rear door jamb for the light but it still wont pull off

got it , pull out straight !! not much engineering went into that set up . "a tapered L clip would go along way ", If you can remove your taillight without breaking the clip you will be very lucky

Yea they are trickey i remove mine to put the chrome pieces on.
Wait till you have to replace the front sidemarkers.
The bulbs should not be going this fast.

How did you safely remove the panel around the rear window? It has those plastic tabs that are in those brass colored spring clip fasteners. Do you pull the plastic tab from the clip, or is the clip suppose to stay on the plastic tab? Which tab or part of the panel did you begin removing first (e.g., botton, side, top)? It seems like one wrong move you'll have a broken tab and maybe buying a new panel.
I have some pictures I think if anyone needs 'em.
Hehehe...by the way if you break a tab and order the panel (about $150)--the panel comes preloaded with the spring clips and brake light.
