Best Oil

Hey Folks. I need to get my oil changed on my H2. What is the best weight? I live in Northern Michigan and it gets pretty cold this time of year. Should I rely on the "oil change guys"? I am driving mostly on paved roads at 55mph or more. Advice?

5W30 is the recommened grade. I personally use Royal Purple 5W30. You'll get quite a few recommendations on brands, but definately use 5W30. Also if you ever have a problem just come straight to me instead of HG. He smokes it too much!
