I m in the process to add rear backup camera, video and audio input to my 2006 h3. I have navigation system with touchscreen, monsoon, xm radio. I found that is very dificult to do. Seems that I need to make an internal modification in the head unit. The estimates I have goes from 450 to 1400 dollars, and there is no plug and play solution as there is for any other model. I want to ask if anybody here knows who does this modification for less and reliable service? Or other solution? My head unit doesn t have the bottom lid that can be open so I cant install the ribbon cable needed to add the interface for video. Any sugestion welcome. Sorry for my english but I speak spanish. thanks in advance.
