Can't PLAY them on the OEM Nav, but you can WATCH them on there if you have an external DVD player and a NAV/DVD Interface!!

An auto stereo/video installer should have them and also do the install for you. It should connect into the rear of the OEM Nav unit via a harness interface. I've also seen these, as well as those for iPod capability advertised on eBay; however, I'd leave it up the professionals, especially if you're not sure what you might be getting yourself into.
