This is probably a really stupid question, but do you mean it's a Frank Sinatra line of watches or model, or a watch that used to be worn by him?

Yes - its that comemortive line ...
I have to find a link to show the watch..... I have only had it 2 months... but its not my style and I have my HUMMER watch..
