Heard these are prone to failure, this true?? Maybe it was in other GM trucks but was wondering if you have had any issues?? I am not having any issues now, just looking out for what I may have in the future.
Also OEm Serp Belts too, any true to this??

All H1 stuff. Interior parts, seat covers, gauges, spare turbo, waste gate, switches, lights, ac PARTS, STEERING GEARS, ps PUMP, wiring harnesses, wheels, ...............

I believe the issue was with H1 models built for the military. They were produced by Delphi in Ohio. Once the problem was detected they set up a containment proceedure in Lockport, NY at the Delphi Thermal Headquarters. Very few bad units should have hit the market and of those it would be a very minimal amount to make it to the public. My info may be a bit off because it was a few years ago and my gray matter isn't what I would like it to be.

Through 97.5 in the H1s the HVAC unit is considered to be substandard by most people. Living in SoCal I think mine works fine in the 97. If I lived in Phoenix I would probably feel differently. The upgrade to the 97.5 + HVAC units runs $2,500-4,000.00. The H2 has a great HVAC unit.
