That's a perfect example why bling wheels shouldn't be on an offroad vehicle. Those rocks embedded in the mud scratch nice wheeld all too well. Been there - done that.....

they're 38" TIRES, not wheels. only a moron would put 40" wheels on an H2.

Especially since a 40" wheel for an H2 does not exist anywhere in the world, nor for any other passenger vehicle. Duh!
