My new H3 with Lux package, Sirius through factor radio, nerf bars, gas cap, tint, wheels and tires.  Next week, shorty ant and mud flaps.  I have about 100 miles on it.

Sorry about the picture quality but I took in the dark late last night.  I will post some outdoor photos soon.

I sold my 2005 Mercedes C240 with AMG adds and a 2004 Porsche Boxster S and bought the H3.  In turn, I have a new ride and I put a big check in my pocket.   I am very content with my decision.  My wife and I also have company cars so the H3 is allocated to FUN ONLY.

To note, I will miss the kids; however, I had a fundamental problem owning a Porsche with under 300HP.  Second, the Mercedes was a real nice car; however, not as nice as the C63 AMG.   Now that might compliment the H3 quite nicely... Hmmmmm...

Hey bro, congrats...I just picked up a Black on Black H3 last week myself. I got about 400 miles on mine or so.

When you get a chance, what are the specs of the wheels and tires. Specifically looking for brand and offset of wheels and tires dimensions.

Looks awesome man! Can't wait to hear more about it.

I appreciate the comments.  Thank you.

Rims are Moto Metal 18 X 9 6-5.5, I went with these rims because of the offset.   The tires are Nitto Terra Grappler's and they are a wide tire.   In turn, the tires stick out about 2 inches.   However, if you went with a less aggressive tire, the rims are not an issue.   Moto Metal makes a 16 that will fit the stock tires but they will stick out even more with these tires.  I am adding Husky mud flaps which appear to flare out a bit, in turn, I should be okay.  I did not want the wheels to stick out so I went a bit over aggressive on the tire.  I look forward to installing the mud flaps and seeing the final set up.

FYI.  The tire shop made an error and installed 325 tires.  In turn, they were sticking out a good 2 inches.   They were suppose to install 285's which was on my paperwork.  Today, we mounted the Nitto 285 and BF Goodrich 265 which both kept the overall dimensions close to stock.  The BF is a more expensive tire but fits perfect under the wheel well, the 275's stuck out about 1/2 inch.  However, I also mounted front mud flaps and the Nitto 285's would work.  The Nitto is a more aggressive look; however the BFG is a compromise between the two.  The BFG is a real clean look with AT performance.  I went with the compromise.  I will post pictures soon.  Bottom line, you can do tires and wheels on a H3 and keep them under the fenders.

Those rims look so sweet. I am actually looking at those for my rig. Do you have the TPM system installed on these? If not , does your tire light come on? Any more picts. I really am considering these! Thanks Close up shots too.
